Clark and Washington Atlanta bankruptcy site - Clark and Washington is a 15 lawyer Atlanta based law firm that handle exclusively bankruptcy. They are unique in that they will file most cases for the filing fee only and will accept payment plans for attorney’s fees. Most consumer bankruptcy law firms will not do this, and I often refer clients to them who need a more creative fee structure than what I can offer. I recently assisted them in developing their new Atlanta bankruptcy web site.
