About Jonathan Ginsberg
Atlanta area attorney Jonathan Ginsberg has represented individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for over 20 years. A graduate of Tulane University (in New Orleans) and Tulane College of Law, Jonathan began his legal career in 1986 at a litigation boutique firm. In 1988, Jonathan and a law partner formed Galler & Ginsberg, which grew to become one of the largest consumer bankruptcy law firms in the State of Georgia.
In 1997, Jonathan started a new practice - Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., with his wife, Jodi Brenner Ginsberg. Jonathan and Jodi limit their practice to the following areas:

Georgia Workers’ Compensation
Jonathan stays current with new developments in bankruptcy by blogging regularly about bankruptcy issues. His Georgia Consumer Bankruptcy blog is well known and widely read throughout the State and Jonathan also serves as the Georgia editor for a national consumer bankruptcy blog called the Bankruptcy Law Network.
Jonathan and Jodi live in Atlanta with their two children and dog, Joey the Poodle.
About Susan S. Blum
Susan S. Blum is Of Counsel with the Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C. She focuses her practice on bankruptcy, with particular expertise with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. Susan also practices in all areas of U.S. immigration and nationality law.
Susan earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Columbia University and a Master of Public Administration and Public Policy from New York University. Susan was Associate Editor Lead Articles for the Georgia State University Law Review and co-founder of the Immigration Law Society. Her note, The Illegal Immigration Reform & Immigrant Responsibility Act’s One-Year Filing Deadline on Applications for Asylum: The Narrow Interpretation and Application of Exceptions to the Filing Deadline, 22 Ga. St. U. L. Rev. 463 (2005), was published.
Susan is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Superior Court of Fulton.
